Cancelation Policy

• If you must cancel or reschedule, please give at least a FULL 24 hours notice via phone or text as a professional courtesy. Please do not email.A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or a “no show” will result in a billed fee of the FULL cost of service booked, the redemption of a gift certificate, or one massage from your package. Emergencies will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. In order to rebook another session after a “no-show,” you will be required to pay in advance for any services.
• If you are running late, please notify Simply Massage via phone or text (678) 368-2771. However, please note that the length of your service will be shortened as running over your time will affect the next client’s session. Payment for full service which you booked is expected.
