About Amy Lamb, LMT
Hello! I’m Amy. I was certified through Georgia Massage School, and I am insured with Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).
I use massage therapy to remove pain, improve range of motion, and help people function and move the way they are meant to. I combine several different modalities into what is called Integrated Therapeutic Massage, along with a deep knowledge of the musculature to treat not only your symptoms but also the underlying causes.
Ultimately, my goal is to get you back in the gym, back to work, or back to your life as quickly as possible!

What we can do for you
In my practice, you will receive the FULL time you pay for, so if you book 60 minutes, you get 60 minutes HANDS ON time! Also, I do not book clients back to back. This ensures you get your full time as well as gives us time to discuss your goals prior to the session and do a follow up afterwards. In addition, I do not up charge for different modalities (EX. Deep tissue, Swedish, etc.) or for the use of any massage tools I may need to use during our session. I am committed to listening to each person’s concerns to guarantee that all needs are met; it is my goal to help you feel your best, in order to be the best you!

Sports Massage
Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.

Integrated Therapeutic Massage
My most popular and signature service, this is a truly tailored massage to fit the individual’s needs. Because just one massage is not right for every problem, this treatment utilizes a number of different massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, isolated active and passive stretches and heat therapy. Perfect for focus on specific areas of pain.

Pre-Natal Massage
Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling).
***If less than 12 weeks a Doctor’s release is required.***

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue is used to relive tension in the deeper layers of muscles in the body. It’s effective for specific problems such as chronic muscle pain, injury rehabilitation, and repetitive motion injuries.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you offer couples massage?
No, I do not offer couples massage.
2. Do you offer facials or body scrubs?
No, Simply Massage is a Therapeutic Massage Practice only; no spa services are offered.
3. Do I need to get completely undressed?
You should always undress to your comfort level. Some people prefer to keep their underwear on, while others prefer to be nude, while others prefer to keep all clothes on. Whereas it is possible to receive a massage fully clothed, you may miss out on the thoroughness that comes when there is skin-to-skin contact. Plus, with clothes on, you run the risk of getting massage lotions on them and possibly staining them. Remember, it’s your choice, so let your therapist know what you are comfortable with.

Licensed Massage Therapist
A license means that a Massage Therapist has met the state/board requirements to legally practice massage in your city, county, and/or state. To obtain a license, a Massage Therapist will usually have to complete a minimum number of training hours (500 hours in the state of Georgia) at an accredited or accepted school or training center.
6. What’s the difference between a Massage Therapist and a masseuse?
7. Can I talk during my session?
8. Can I use my phone during my session?
However, your cell phone can be a distraction and keep you from fully experiencing the benefits of massage. Also, movement can interfere with the work we’re doing and potentially cause you discomfort and take away from the results of your massage. I recommend putting your phone away and on silent to have the best massage experience possible.

- Arnica & Ivy Extracts Aid Circulation
- Benefits of Oil & Lotion
- Extra Healthy Skin Benefits
